After the amazing TIU Tour, we’re diving into the challenge to get back at it with our workout routine and Lean, Clean, ’N Green eating. TIU21is all about your Daily Toning Moves! The 31 Rep Challenge last year was a community fave so we’re bringing it back…with a lil’ twist for ya! This year's 21 Rep Challenge is focused on drop sets to strengthen and sculpt your gorgeous muscles:
First 7 reps w/ heavier weights ~ 10-20 pounds for lower body, 5-10 for upper body
Next 7 reps w/ medium weights
Final 7 reps w/ lightest weights or no weights!
Squeeze in your 21 reps anytime ~ morning or night! Just get 'em done girl 💪🤗
You can find your 21 Rep Challenge Toning Moves every day for FREE in your TIU App! The moves are so easy to scroll through in the app and you can invite girlfriends to join. My goal for this challenge is to wake up 30 minutes early every day to do the Toning Moves and invite Karena to do them with me! You can also always find your 21 Rep Challenge Toning Moves on the Daily Workout page.
You’ll also see that we’re featuring your new Studio Tone It Up classes in the Weekly Schedule below. Your 21 Rep Challenge Toning Moves are right on your homescreen when you download your free TIU App. When you join the studio, you’ll have access to all the premium 30-minute classes. You can choose videos that line up with the body part we’re working that day and you’re all set!
