She’s a proud Pom mom of seven and lives in Austin, Texas with her husband Bobby. Karena co-founded Tone It Up 16 years ago and continues her mission to help women feel their best, inside and out.

Chyna is one of our OG TIU trainers, and movement has been part of her life from the beginning. She grew up an athlete, and what started as sports eventually became a love for fitness. Over the years, her “why” has shifted from performance and aesthetics to simply wanting to feel strong, present, and grateful in her own body. After a lot of life unfolding in recent years, she’s grateful to be back with the TIU community. Chyna brings real conversations, unfiltered moments, and a grounded approach to womanhood, wellness, and movement. She can’t wait for you to experience this next chapter with her.
Stef is one of our OG TIU trainers, a former pro-hooper turned strength coach whose life has always revolved around movement, community, and the California coast. She specializes in strength training and loves helping women discover how empowering it feels to build sustainable habits and push their limits in a way that feels good. Growing up in Manhattan Beach—the original TIU home—fitness has always been part of her foundation. Being back with the TIU community feels like returning to her roots, and she’s so excited to share this next chapter with you.
Tori is one of our OG TIU trainers, and movement has always been her way of staying grounded through every chapter of life. What started with filming workouts and building programs grew into a deeper purpose through motherhood: helping women feel confident, capable, and connected to themselves. She specializes in barre, Pilates, and strength training, bringing warmth, honesty, and that “we’re in this together” energy to every workout. Returning to TIU feels like coming home, and she can’t wait for you to move through this next chapter with her.
Jackie Marra is a pilates and yoga instructor, sound bath facilitator, and founder of THE RETREAT, wellness retreats centered on mindfulness and movement. Jackie blends yoga, pilates, and sound healing to empower students and help them achieve balance and healing through mindful movement.
Brooke Burke is an entrepreneur, TV personality, and women's health advocate, known for founding the wellness app Brooke Burke Body. She currently hosts "Penn & Teller: Fool Us" on The CW and ShopET on "Entertainment Tonight." A former "Dancing with the Stars" winner and co-host, Brooke is also recognized for her roles on E!’s "Wild On!" and CBS’s "Rock Star."

Formerly the Editor-in-Chief of Women’s Health, she’s spent her career at the forefront of fitness and content at brands like SoulCycle, Well+Good, and SELF. She’s also the author of Own Your Morning and a passionate voice for helping women feel their best, one day at a time.
Angela Gargano is a strength coach, former Division I gymnast, and 4-time American Ninja Warrior who brings major power and motivation to every workout. As the founder of Pull-Up Revolution, she’s on a mission to help women tap into their strength—physically and mentally. Angela’s workouts are bold, uplifting, and designed to push you past your limits while reminding you just how unstoppable you truly are.
Kristina Earnest has been a TIU trainer for years, bringing her signature mix of strength, energy, and real-life experience to every workout.
