The Refresh & Reset program is our new four-week program designed to refresh your fitness and recharge your mind! As the weeks unfold, this progressive program will intensify, allowing you to uncover your true potential and show off your best self. Your TIU trainers, Chevy, Dalia and Allegra, keep your motivation high by offering a versatile mix of workouts, including strength and HIIT sessions along with core-strengthening routines and shorter boosters to elevate the challenge and put your muscles to the test. You’ll also flow through engaging yoga sculpt sessions and dynamic flows, accompanied by crucial stretching and foam rolling routines. To cultivate your positive headspace, the program also incorporates weekly meditation sessions. In other words: This program has it all!

The Refresh & Reset program lasts for four weeks! However, you can stack some of the workouts or skip some if you need—it’s always about doing what works for you! If you love it (and we know you will!) you can also rinse and repeat for another four weeks!!
You’ll get a mix of a few different types of workouts within Refresh & Reset, including strength training, HIIT, yoga, stretching, and even a little boxing. The program is truly progressive, so workouts will get more challenging week after week. We’re all about building strength, power, and confidence with this program!
You will need light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, hip bands, a resistance band or yoga strap, a stick (broomstick, pvc pipe, or similar) heavy kettlebell, towel, foam roller, and a yoga mat for this program! However, if you don’t have some (or any) of these tools, you can easily tackle each workout with just your bodyweight or by grabbing some household items!
Reset & Refresh officially kicks off on January 15th, so join in on that day so we can do this TOGETHER! If you can’t start that day, you can easily sign up at any time—just find it under the Fitness Programs in your Tone It Up app! Also make sure to join the TIU Accountability Group on FB! We got this!
