How can I participate in this program?
You can sign up for Toned Body, Toned 2.0 Mind right in your Tone It Up app!! Don’t have the app yet? Check it out right here.
Do I need an app subscription to participate in the program?
Yes, you can only find this brand new program in your Tone It Up app!
How long does the program last?
Toned Body, Tone Mind 2.0 should take about 4 weeks to complete! But take it at your own pace and do what works best for you! Always listen to your body. This program is for YOU!
What type of workouts are in the program?
Toned Body, Toned Mind 2.0 is about finding inner peace, strength, and balance. You will awaken the body, mind, and spirit through yoga, meditation, and self-care.
What equipment is needed? Is there anything special I need to participate in this program?
You will need a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat and a quiet comfortable space for meditation.
Will we be starting this program together on a certain date?
You can start Toned Body, Toned Mind 2.0 on January 3rd when Total Tone kicks off, but you have the option to do it any time after that, too! It’s completely up to you and the program will be there waiting for you whenever you’re ready to join!

Is there a meal plan for the program?
We have so many healthy recipes in the app that you can incorporate into this program. Just check out the nutrition section of the app to find the ones you love. We also recommend following the nutrition guidelines in the app to ensure that you’re keeping your diet in check during the program!
How does this program differ from the other programs in the app?
Toned Body, Toned Mind 2.0 includes two activities for each day - a workout or active recovery session and a meditation. Each week, we’ll build intensity on both your yoga and meditation practices to leave you feeling strong, powerful, and grounded.
Can I do this program if I’m pregnant?
We have so many options in the app for our soon-to-be and new mamas — we love the Tone It Up Pregnancy and Postnatal programs! Those workouts will give you everything you need to stay fit at every stage of your pregnancy and after.
