Get Up and Glow Challenge is a five-week program! Mix and match the workouts or skip any if necessary—it's all about what suits you! Love it? (We know you will!) You can always go for round 2!
It includes a mix of strength training, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, and cardio workouts designed to tone, strengthen, and boost metabolism. Each week, the intensity increases, helping you progress toward your fitness goals while building strength, power, and confidence. You’ll feel more energized and empowered as you go!
For the program, you will need dumbbells, a yoga mat, and optionally ankle weights, Pilates ball, or yoga blocks. If you don’t have these, you can still get an amazing workout using just your bodyweight or everyday household items!
