WHAT TO EXPECT FROM TURN UP THE HEAT
This program is a hybrid, holistic approach to fitness, blending total body strength training, kettlebell work, yoga, barre, cardio, and meditation. Over 4 weeks, you'll develop a well-rounded fitness routine that challenges you in all the right ways. Your trainers will guide you through every exercise, drawing on their experience and expertise in training to maximize your workouts.
The TIU trainers will motivate you to step out of your comfort zone, embrace the heat, and emerge stronger, fitter, and more resilient than ever. Through meditation and mindfulness practices, we encourage you to deepen your connection with yourself and unlock the best version of YOU.
In this program, the focus is on staying active, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Whether it's the energizing 'Knock Out Cardio' session led by Dalia, the full-body boost of Kettlebell workouts with Daniela, sculpting sessions with Chevy, or a calming Restorative Yoga Flow guided by Alex, there's something to suit everyone's taste while ensuring that workouts remain varied and most importantly, fun!
