We’re thrilled you’re here and ready to Turn Up the Heat with us! Our goal with this challenge is to support you in emerging as a stronger version of yourself, not just in workouts and nutrition, but in mindfulness practices and every aspect of your life.
For this meal plan, we’re bringing you everything you need to kick off your summer right. With warmer temperatures and the start of summer around the corner, it’s the perfect time to embrace fresh, vibrant, and easy-to-make meals. Throughout the 4 weeks of this challenge, your trainers are here to motivate you to push beyond your comfort zone. Recognizing the vital role of post-workout nourishment, we’ve included delicious recipes inspired by your trainers Chevy, Daniela, Alex, and Dalia’s favorite post-workout meals. We’ve also incorporated some delectable recipes inspired by co-founder Karena Dawn's favorite Palm Springs dishes, allowing you to experience the desert both on and off the mat.
And, of course, this meal plan features flavorful summer favorites, revitalizing smoothies, and an abundance of seasonal fruits and veggies. Imagine starting your day with a Farmer's Market Scramble or indulging in a Blue Dream Smoothie Bowl.
