3 Smoothies To Spring Into The New Season

It’s officially spring! To celebrate the new season, we’re sharing 3 of our favorite fresh and seasonal smoothies and smoothie bowls. Of course they’re all made with plant-based, clean, gluten-free Tone It Up Protein, so they’re perfect to refuel post-workout or start your day off right. The best part: Even if it’s still chilly where you live, these recipes will give you tropical vacation vibes!

Spirulina Superfood Smoothie

Spirulina Superfood Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Tone It Up Protein
  • 1/2 tsp. spirulina
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

TOPPINGS (Pick 2-3)

  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut shavings
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth.
  2. Add toppings and enjoy!

6:40 Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Tone It Up Protein + Greens
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower 
  • 1 Tbsp. cashew butter (or nut butter of your choice) 
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • Pinch of ground black pepper 
  • 1 scoop Tone It Up Collagen (optional) 
  • 1/2 cup water or plant-based milk 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Piña Colada Smoothie Bowl

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Tone It Up Protein
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add your fave toppings! We love adding 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes and 1/4 cup fruit!
