This Pumpkin Spice Smoothie delivers the perfect combo of nutrients to refuel post-workout: healthy fats from almond butter and almond milk, complex carbs from oats and pumpkin, and of course, clean, energizing plant-based Tone It Up Protein

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein Powder

1 banana

1 Tbsp. natural almond butter

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup pumpkin puree

2 Tbsp. rolled oats (gluten-free, if you’d like!)

Dash of cinnamon
Dash of pumpkin pie spice 

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth!
