Our Favorite Protein-Packed Chocolate Smoothies

In honor of this month, we’re sharing a few of our favorite chocolate smoothies. These are all made with plant-based, gluten-free, clean Chocolate Tone It Up Protein. They taste decadent and chocolate-y AND deliver lots of protein, which means they help you refuel post-workout, form lean muscle, and rev your metabolism!Â
Banana Split Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1 scoop Chocolate Tone It Up ProteinÂ
- ½ cup spinachÂ
- 1 Tbsp. natural nut butter
- ½ frozen banana, slicedÂ
- ½ cup frozen strawberriesÂ
DIRECTIONSÂ
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.Â
Mocha Latte Smoothie Bowl
Makes 1 servingÂ
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup almond milk ice cubes (just freeze almond milk in ice cube trays!)
- Âľ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 scoop Chocolate Tone It Up ProteinÂ
- ½ cup frozen banana slices (optional to make bowl creamier)
TOPPINGS
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa nibs
- Espresso beans
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
DIRECTIONSÂ
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. each cocoa nibs, espresso beans, and coconut flakes.
- If you want to get fancy, you can draw hearts in your bowl with espresso. Have fun with it!
Choco Berry Smoothie Bowl
Makes 2 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Chocolate Tone It Up ProteinÂ
- 2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 4 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice (or 1 frozen banana, sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. maple syrupÂ
TOPPINGS (optional)
- Cocoa nibs
- Chia seeds
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
DIRECTIONSÂ
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.Â
- Add toppings and enjoy!
