Lemon Poppyseed Muffins

Lemon Poppyseed Muffins - - oat flour (or almond meal), vanilla Tone It Up Protein, baking soda, baking powder, poppyseeds (you can also swap in chia seeds!), lemon, juice and zest, egg, vanilla extract, plain greek yogurt or 1 banana, mashed, maple syrup, unsweetened almond milk, coconut oil spray, Preheat oven to 350 degrees.; In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and whisk to combine.; In a seperate bowl, combine all wet ingredients. Add the poppyseeds, lemon juice and zest to the wet ingredients as well. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to combine.; Spray a muffin tin with coconut oil spray.
