Cranberry Nectarine Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- A handful of frozen peach slices
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- Toppings: chia seeds, coconut, and fresh raspberries
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
Coffee Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup coffee
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1/4 canned pumpkin
- Toppings: pumpkin seeds, slivered nuts of choice
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
Chocolate Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 Tbsp. nut butter
- 1 scoop chocolate Tone It Up Protein
- Toppings: fresh berries, sunflower seeds, chocolate shavings

- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
