Dark Chocolate Banana Bread Recipe
Makes 12 servings
INGREDIENTS
3 bananas
1 ¾ cup whole wheat flour (or gluten-free flour)
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup pure maple syrup
½ cup coconut oil
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Coconut oil spray
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with coconut oil spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
3. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
