Banana bread has always been one of our favorite desserts ~ it’s delicious, decadent, and comforting. Does it remind anyone else of childhood and growing up?! There’s just something about it 😋
So we decided to put our own healthy, TIU approved spin on this classic treat. This recipe, featured in the new Tone It Up 2021 Meal Plan, is made with unprocessed whole foods and natural sugars. It’s perfect for when you’re craving something sweet, and of course, TIU approved dessert is ‘on the plan’ and part of your healthy, balanced lifestyle.
