HEY SUGA!! Today, we're toning your beautiful back. Get ready to WOW the crowd next time you slip into a low cut, backless number! Achieving those strong, sexy lines in your back is all about targeting the right group of upper body muscles. We're talking about working your lats, deltoids, traps, and rhomboid!
For a quick guide on where these muscles are located, take a look at our diagram below!
Now, let's get to the workout! We put together 5 of our best moves for sculpting each area. All you need is a set of dumbbells!
HOT TIP: FORM IS EVERYTHING
Avoid injury and give your upper bod some major love with these pointers:
1. Start with lighter weights for lateral and front raises to prevent overworking your deltoids. 2. In almost every move, we want you to maintain a slight bend in your elbow. This is really important to prevent any injury to your shoulders and neck!
Go through the entire routine 2-3 times a few times a week for maximum upper back toning!
OH HAAY GIRL!
