4 Cozy Fall Lattes To Warm Up With

We’re sharing four of our favorite warming coffee and tea sips you’ll love this season. They’re made with immunity-boosting and inflammation-fighting superfoods like matcha, turmeric, and cinnamon. Plus, they have collagen to promote healthy and gorgeous hair, skin, and nails — the perfect morning beauty boost!
Creamy Oat Latte Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup of coffee or 1 - 2 shots of espresso
- 1 scoop Tone It Up Vanilla Collagen Creamer
- 8 oz. unsweetened oat milk
- Dash of cinnamon
- Dash of pumpkin spice
DIRECTIONS
- Combine coffee or espresso with Collagen Creamer.
- Top with oat milk. Stir in a dash of cinnamon and pumpkin spice.
Hot Matcha Latte Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Tone It Up Vanilla Collagen Creamer
- ½ tsp. matcha
- ½ cup steaming hot water (Not boiling! It burns the matcha)
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- Optional: Honey and/or cinnamon to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk matcha, Collagen Creamer, and hot water together.
- In a frother, add your choice of milk. (Note from Tori: I love almond milk or a barista blend version of milk for the best froth).
- Option to add a drop of honey and/or a sprinkle of cinnamon into the milk.
- Pour frothed milk into matcha and enjoy!
- Don’t have a frother? Add milk directly into matcha and use a hand whisk.
Creamy Cashew Collagen Chai
Makes 1 large or 2 small servings
INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz. of your favorite hot brewed chai tea (brewed with 3 tea bags)
- 1 scoop Tone It Up Marine Collagen
- 1 tsp. raw honey or coconut nectar
- 2 Tbsp. cashews
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Pour hot tea and all other ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until well combined and frothy. Enjoy!
Golden Turmeric Latte Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ tsp. ground turmeric
- ½ tsp. ground ginger
- ½ tsp. cinnamon + a dash to garnish
- Pinch of pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in a pot and simmer on low for 5 minutes, whisking continuously.
- Pour in a cup and garnish with extra cinnamon.
