It's officially 2017 and this #TIUteam is starting the year off on the right foot! Today is day ONE of the Tone It Up Challenge, and it's all about prep. Set aside time today to read through the new Tone It Up Challenge 6 Week Meal Plan and mentally prepare yourself for the next 6 weeks.
