Protein Banana Pancakes

1 scoop of Tone It Up vanilla protein powder

1/2 banana

1 tbsp. almond milk

1/2 cup egg whites

1 tsp. cinnamon

Coconut oil spray



  1. Mash banana with almond milk before stirring in remaining ingredients

  2. Spray pan with coconut oil spray and heat over medium-low before pouring in batter

  3. Cooke for 3-4 minutes on each side

  4. The key to the perfect protein pancake is to them low and slow

  5. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
