Tone It Up Get Your Glow Protein Balls Recipe


  • 1½ cup gluten free quick oats or rolled oats (or a combination of the two)
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter 
  • ¼ cup ground flax seed
  • ¼ cup chia seed
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 scoop Tone It Up Plant-Based Protein + Greens


12 Servings (Balls)

Time: 10-15 min



  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl until well combined 

  2. Roll into 1” balls 

  3. Store in the fridge or freezer
