Makes 4 Servings
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 scoops TIU Chocolate Plant Based Protein Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
**Optional: 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
1. Add all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl.
2. Whisk together to combine.
3. Pour mixture into 4 dishes of your choice; such as a mason jar, or small Tupperware.
4. Allow to set in the refrigerator for 4+ hours.
