Ariel: I’m a health & wellness coach and founder of Gym Hooky. I help women get in shape without stepping a foot in the gym or counting calories! 
Kristina: Kickboxing, HIIT, and strength training are just a few of my favorite ways to tone it up. I’m based in NY and can’t wait to work out with you! 
Stefanie: Strength, HIIT, and recovery are just a few of my go-to training methods! I’m a former pro basketball player and bring that same energy to all of my routines.
Heather: I have over 600 hours of yoga training & certifications, and my favorite mantra is “I have everything within me that I need to thrive today!” 
Chyna: I’m sending you all of the positive vibes… and yes I love burpees! I’m your girl for all things HIIT and kickboxing.

Looking for an easy & healthy breakfast? We love the Mango and Lime Overnight Oats recipe from your App! Make it before you head to sleep, store it in the fridge, and then enjoy the next morning. Yummmm!

Mango and Lime Overnight Oats Recipe
Makes 2 M1, M2 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder 2⁄3 cup GF rolled oats 4 tsp. chia seeds 2 tsp. honey or maple syrup 1⁄2 cup sliced mango 1 lime, juiced 1 cup unsweetened almond milk Unsweetened coconut shavings (optional) 1. Combine all ingredients except coconut shavings in a bowl. 2. Divide mixture between two mason jars and store in the fridge overnight before serving. 3. Optional to top with coconut shavings!
