How To Do The Toned Body, Toned Mind Program
It’s so easy to get started! Make sure you have the Tone It Up app and then select Toned Body, Toned Mind from the program list. Click “Join The Program” and you’re in! Now comes the fun part. In this 4-week program, each week has a different theme we’ll focus on. Each week builds intensity in both your workouts and meditations as your body and mind become even stronger. If you’re new to meditation, don’t worry. We’ll all ease in together! Week 1 includes: * 5 yoga routines * 2 active recovery days ~ we encourage you to get outside and connect with nature * A short guided meditation once per day * Soul checkins to reflect on your progress and intentions Week 2 includes: * 5 yoga workouts ~ we’re starting to intensify the routines! * 2 active recovery days ~ think hiking, walking with a friend, or an easy bike ride * Guided meditations once per day ~ these start to get a little longer as you get comfortable with the practice * Soul checkins to reflect on your progress and intentions
