Tone It Up BIRTHDAY CAKE! - The vanilla flavor is divine, the texture is perfect and the mild nutty notes from the almond give it more depth than the traditional variety. Aside from the fact that this treat is downright delicious, it also happens to be made with body-loving ingredients like a blend of almond meal and Perfect Fit Protein… it’s gluten free and trainer approved! - Cake: almond meal, vanilla Perfect Fit Protein, baking soda, baking powder, coconut sugar, egg whites, coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, Frosting: organic coconut cream, vanilla extract, stevia (or more to your taste), Cake: Mix dry ingredients together and stir. Add in wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.; Spray 8×8 pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour in batter. Bake 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.; You can also use this batter to make cupcakes! Bake for about 15 minutes or until done!; Frosting: Chill can of coconut cream in the fridge for about an hour (or overnight) before opening to get it nice and thick. When you open it, discard the water at the bottom and only use the cream. ; Transfer the contents into a bowl and whip it, adding remaining ingredients until fluffy.
