3 Tips To Prep For TIU4YOU

The countdown to your TIU4YOU program is ON 💪✨🙌  If you haven’t signed up yet, whatcha waiting for? Get your cute booty ever here! We’re all starting as a team on Monday, October 5th.

In the meantime, we’re sharing three simple tips you can do this week to set yourself up for success!

Grab your girls

Let your girlfriends know you’re in for TIU4YOU and encourage them to sign up with you. Having accountability partners is so powerful because you can check in with each other, hype each other up for your workouts, and plan virtual workout and meal prep dates 👯‍♀️

When you sign up for the program in your TIU app, click the “Share The News” button and we make it easy for you to share with your girlfriends. You can use our graphic or snap a pic to share on your socials! 

Journal your intentions 

Set aside time to reflect on your goals for this program. Close your eyes and imagine yourself four weeks from now completing the program. How will you feel ~ strong, healthy, fit, confident, calm, centered? Now grab your journal! When you put pen to paper, you’re making a promise to yourself and that holds a special power. 

Jot down ~

* 3 words that describe how you want to feel by the end of the program

* 3 mini goals you can focus on in week 1 of the challenge

* 3 bigger goals you want to focus on throughout the 4 weeks

Get specific with your goals ~ instead of writing that you want to release stress, how about committing to a short meditation practice twice per week? Or maybe you want to meal prep once a week, increase your water intake by two extra glasses a day, or commit to at least 3 - 4 workouts per week. Small habits add up to big results!

Stock up on gear & ingredients 

Set up a dedicated workout space in your living room or bedroom. For this program, we’ll be using: 

* Dumbbells (we love to have a couple different weight options)

* Booty bands

* Yoga mat

* Ankle weights

* Toning ropes

If you don’t have that exact equipment, don’t worry! You can still do the program with whatever you have at home. If you want to stock up and level up your workouts, check out the new TIY4YOU Fitness Bundle. 

This is also the time to go shop for groceries for week 1 of the meal plan. You can find the plan (including week-by-week grocery lists) in the nutrition section of your app. 

You’ll also want to stock up on these essentials:

* Bars and bites for easy snacks
