Form 2 patties. ; Put on the grill and cook on each side for about 5-7 minutes, depending on how thick your patties are. If you're using a pan, cook covered for about 7 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of your patties, until cooked through. Press with a spatula after flipping. ; Form your burger with the mushrooms caps as the “bun” and add your favorite toppings. We love 1⁄4 avocado, ketchup, mustard, red onions, and leafy greens.
