SUMMER TONE UP WEEK 1 WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Tomorrow is day 1 of the SUMMER TONE UP!! We're so pumped to start this challenge with you!! It's 4 weeks of sculpting and strengthening every inch of your sexy bod. You're going to feel lean, healthy, and confident all summer long! If you haven't already joined the challenge, sign up HERE! During the Summer Tone Up, we're focusing on strengthening those beautiful lean muscles you formed during the Bikini Series. You'll notice that we're adding extra toning workouts, videos, and moves to sculpt every muscle. Each day is specifically designed to work a different part of your body to maximize your results. By toning your lean muscles, you'll raise your metabolism and burn extra calories all day long!  🙌🏻
