Radiate & Rise is a 4-week summer program designed to help you feel strong, energized, and confident in your body.

    Each week, you’ll move through a mix of:

    • Strength training
    • HIIT
    • Dance workouts
    • Mobility and stretching
    • Guided meditations
Because you’re unstoppable, this is your moment to challenge yourself, get stronger, and push through. The structure keeps you consistent without causing burnout. It’s balanced, effective, and built to support you all summer long.

By the end of the program, you’ll feel stronger, more energized, and fully in your Radiate & Rise energy.

A 4-week Tone It Up summer challenge designed to help you build strength, boost energy, and feel confident in your body. It includes new workouts with Chyna, Kristina, and Ari, meditations with Karena, and 40+ new recipes.
Sign up in the Tone It Up App on iOS or Android. The program begins Monday, May 4th and you can follow along with the community or start anytime.
Yes. You’ll need an active subscription to unlock the program plus access to 1000+ workouts, recipes, and meditations.

Light to heavy dumbbells, and a mat. Optional equipment, such as bands or ankle weights can be added or used. All workouts include modifications for every level.
Yes. The community kicks off Monday, May 4th. If that timing doesn’t work, you can start anytime and move at your own pace. This is an evergreen program available to you in the Tone It Up app, anywhere anytime.
