With brand new workouts led by Chyna, Kristina, and Ari, plus 40+ nourishing recipes and guided meditations with Karena, this program brings together everything you need to feel strong, grounded, and radiant from the inside out.

Each week, you’ll move through a mix of:
- Strength training
- HIIT
- Dance workouts
- Mobility and stretching
- Guided meditations
By the end of the program, you’ll feel stronger, more energized, and fully in your Radiate & Rise energy.
