Total workout time = 15 minutes  + optional Studio Tone It Up class

Let's crush your Toning Moves!

Go through 31 reps of your Toning Moves, one round. You can break up the moves however you like ~ 10, 10, 11 or 31 reps all at once! We like to use 12-15 pound weights.

DEADLIFT

Do 31 reps.

 

LUNGE JUMPS

Do 31 reps on each side.

SUMO SQUAT + PRESS

Do 31 reps.

DOWN DOG + TUMMY TONER

Do 31 reps on each side.

 

TRICEP DIPS + EXTENSION

Do 31 reps on each side.

BRIDGE FLY

Do 31 reps.
