We're doing the 21 Rep Challenge for your Toning Moves! Here's how it works~

* First 7 reps: Heavy weights ~10-20 lbs for lower body, 5-10 lbs for upper body

* Next 7 reps: Medium weights 

* Last 7 reps: Lightest weights or no weights!

For moves that don't require weights, just go through your 21 reps!

JUMP SQUATS

Do 21 reps.

SHOULDER ROTATIONS

Do 21 reps.

BICEP CURLS

Do 21 reps.

SIDE PLANK RAISE

Do 21 reps on each side.

PLANK JACKS

Do 21 reps.
