HIIT

Total Workout Time = 45 Minutes

Bobby Call HIIT Workout (25 minutes) + 5 Toning Moves (20 minutes)

First up, get your HIIT workout in with Bobby + Karena!

Next, go through 3 rounds of your 5 Toning Moves! 15 reps per move. 

TOE TAPS

Do 15 reps on each side!

FORWARD + CURTSY LUNGE

Do 15 reps on each side!

SQUAT UP DOWNS

Do 15 reps!

DOWN DOG TOE TAP

Do 15 reps on each side!

BURPEE + HAMMER CURL TO PRESS

Do 15 reps!

CARDIO + ABS

Total Workout Time = 40 Minutes

30 minutes cardio + Toned Abs (10 minutes)
