Total Workout Time = 40-50 Minutes

We’re doing a total body LIVE workout with the recent Challenge winners today!!

Can’t make it for the workout? No worries! Add in the 30 Rep Challenge routine from the new Beach Babe 5! (29 minutes) or one of your routines under the FITNESS TAB!

Go through 3 circuits of the 5 Toning Moves! 15 reps per move :)

LEG EXTENSION + CRUNCH

Do 15 reps!

BURPEE + PLANK JACK

Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds!

CURTSY LUNGE + LATERAL RAISE

Do 15 reps on each side!

DEADLIFT

Do 15 reps!

JACK KNIFE

Do 15 reps!
