Gratitude isn’t just a feeling, it’s a practice that you can cultivate every single day. To do this, we love integrating gratitude mantras into our morning routine.
These are some of our favorite mantras to practice gratitude. Say them out loud or in your mind first thing when you wake up, jot them down in your journal, keep them on sticky notes around your house, or make one your phone background for a constant reminder.
When gratitude becomes part of your daily practice, you’ll see how little inconveniences and stress can just melt away. You’ll feel happier, healthier, and more peaceful with just this simple act!
