If you did wake up feeling a little anxious, tired, or needing some extra motivation today, that’s totally natural and takes some inner work to release. This mood-boosting meditation will help you refocus, reconnect, and revitalize to brighten your day.
I truly encourage you to make meditation a daily practice. The longer you stick with it, you’ll eventually release stress, sleep better, and be more accepting and open in every area of your life. If practicing daily feels intimidating, you can work your way up to it. Start with one meditation a week, then a few, and go from there!
