Deepen Your Yoga Practice With 1 Simple Trick

We love incorporating mantras because they set a positive tone for your practice and your entire day. A mantra will help you be more present and connect to your intention — your WHY behind the flow.
You can choose a different mantra for each day, stick with the same one for the entire program, or rotate between a few of your favorites.
Here is one of our favorite ways to choose a mantra:
Before you begin your practice, bring one hand to your belly and one hand to your heart. Close your eyes, feel your heartbeat, and tune into your breath. Bring intention to each inhale and exhale. Feel into your heart center, and think of three words — two words you want to call in for yourself and one you want to send to someone else in your life, whether it’s someone close or you’re sending it from afar.

- Love- Peace
- Courage
- Compassion
- Confidence
- Creativity
- Authenticity
- Energy
- Nourishment
- Patience
-Strength
A few other mantras we love:
- I am- I am enough
- I am present in my body
- I love my body
- I am strong, I am powerful, I am beautiful
- I deserve peace & ease
Once you choose your mantra, keep it in your mind and heart throughout your practice and come back to it any time you find your thoughts wandering. You can also carry it with you throughout the rest of your day!
