Healthy Snack Recipes To Dip Into

Over the past year at home, we’ve found ourselves grazing even more between meetings. That’s why it’s more important than EVER to have healthy, super quick snacks on hand to grab.
One of our easiest all-time favorite snacks will always be veggie “chips” (sliced cucumbers, peppers, celery, carrots, kale chips) with dip. This never gets old :) Plus, you can make a batch of dips on the weekend and enjoy for a few days.
We like to mix it up with different dips, so we’re sharing a few of our go-tos!
3 Healthy Dip Recipes You'll Love
Beet Hummus Recipe
Makes 5 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas, drained (save 1⁄4 cup of canned liquid)
1⁄4 cup red beets, grated or chopped
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. cumin
1⁄2 tsp. cardamom
1⁄2 lemon, squeezed
2 tsp. olive oil
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Serve with your fave veggies!
Quick Guac Recipe
Makes 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
1⁄4 cup red onion, diced
1⁄2 jalapeño, diced
1 lemon, squeezed
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mash to combine.2. Serve with your fave veggies!
Simple Pico De Gallo Recipe
Makes 8 servings
INGREDIENTS
4 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 limes, juiced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine. Allow to sit in the fridge in a mason jar for a few hours before serving.2. Pair it with fresh sliced veggies!
