I want us all to start this week full of positive energy, so our intention today is positivity. When I talk about positivity, I also like to bring in the intention of non-judgement because I feel like these two go hand in hand. Letting go of judgement, comparison, and the idea of perfection opens up so much more space for positivity. Through our meditations, we’re shifting our thoughts from the negative to the positive and this will have a profound impact on every aspect of your life — your relationship with your body, yourself, and everyone around you.
So find a comfortable spot and let’s allow these positive vibes to flow through us. Here’s to starting week 4 with an open heart and a big smile 🤗
