NEW Recipe From Our Girl Mindy ~ Cinnamon Banana Bread Muffins
3 smashed bananas
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup almond meal
1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup Cinnamon Roll Tone It Up Protein
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
- Mix together all ingredients and pour into a muffin tin sprayed with coconut oil.
- Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
