NEW Recipe From Our Girl Mindy ~ Cinnamon Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients: 

3 smashed bananas

1 egg

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 cup almond meal

1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup Cinnamon Roll Tone It Up Protein 

1 tsp. baking soda

Dash of salt

Directions: 

  1. Mix together all ingredients and pour into a muffin tin sprayed with coconut oil. 
  2. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
