Strawberry Coconut Pancake Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop coconut Tone It Up Protein
1 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
½ banana, mashed
1 egg
2 Tbsp. strawberries, diced
Top with 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
Coconut oil spray
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mash banana with almond milk in a bowl. Stir in all other ingredients except coconut flakes. Mix until smooth.2. Spray a pan over medium-low heat with coconut oil. Add pancake batter and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes.
3. Top with coconut flakes.
Snickerdoodle Mini Muffin Recipe
Makes 18 mini muffins (serving size is 3 muffins)
INGREDIENTS:
3⁄4 cup vanilla Tone It Up Protein
3⁄4 cup almond meal
2 tsp. cinnamon, plus extra to sprinkle
1 tsp. baking powder
1⁄4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1⁄2 cup dates, pitted and soaked in warm water to soften
3⁄4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 mashed banana
Coconut oil spray
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Combine all wet ingredients, including the dates, in a blender and blend until smooth. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
4. Spray a mini muffin tin with coconut oil spray. Pour batter into the muffin tins. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
5. Top with a little extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
Superfood Parfait Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
4 oz. coconut yogurt
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
¼ cup berries or pitaya
1 Tbsp. slivered almonds
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or layer in a mason jar. You can add sliced fruit and edible flowers on top to make it fancy!
Matcha Latte Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. matcha powder
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the almond milk and matcha powder; whisk until frothy.2. You can also serve it over ice. We added edible florals and froze them in ice cubes too!
Collagen Latte Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
1 shot espresso
1 scoop Tone It Up Collagen Creamer
Splash of almond milk
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients and enjoy!And of course mimosas...with a lil’ twist ;)
Add ¼ tsp. ground turmeric and ¼ tsp. ground ginger to your mimosa — you get some extra flavor plus antioxidants and detoxifying perks!
