Coffee-Inspired Recipes Youâll Love a Latte

Weâre sharing three of our favorite coffee-inspired breakfast recipes ~ a smoothie, smoothie bowl, and protein pancake. These are all packed with protein to energize you, plus the java will give you a lilâ extra morning boost â

Vanilla Latte Smoothie Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein
- ½ cup almond milk ice cubes (freeze almond milk in ice cube trays just like water!)
- ž cup unsweetened almond milk (optional chocolate flavor)
- 1 shot espresso
- ½ cup frozen banana slices (optional to make creamier)
TOPPINGS:Â
- 1 Tbsp. cacao nibsÂ
- Espresso beansÂ
- Unsweetened coconut flakes  Â
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.Â
- Sprinkle with cacao nibs, espresso beans, & coconut flakes.

Maple Coffee Pancake Recipe
Makes 2 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops vanilla Tone It Up Protein
- 1 tsp. cinnamonÂ
- 1 banana, mashed
- ½ cup egg whitesÂ
- 1 shot espressoÂ
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup Â
DIRECTIONS
- Spray a small pan with coconut oil spray and put over medium heat.Â
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.Â
- Cook pancake for about 3-4 minutes on both sides.Â
Mocha Latte Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop chocolate or cafe latte Tone It Up Protein
- 1 shot espresso (or cup coffee)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (you can also make ice cubes from almond milk)
- 3/4 cup almond or coconut milk (add more as needed as you blend)
- 1/2 frozen banana, slicedÂ
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into bowls and top with espresso beans and unsweetened shredded coconut.Â
