Boozy Mint Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

  1. 1 scoop Tone It Up Hot Cocoa Collagen

  2. 2 Tbsp. mint chocolate chips

  3. ¾ cup coconut milk (from a carton, not a can)

  4. ¼ tsp. vanilla extract

  5. 1 oz. bourbon whiskey per serving

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt chocolate chips, coconut milk, and 1/4 cup water. Stir often so the chocolate chips don't stick to the pan.

  2. Turn the heat to medium and add Tone It Up Hot Cocoa Collagen and vanilla extract. Whisk for 2-3 minutes. 

  3. Pour into mugs and add bourbon. Stir to combine. Cheers!
