Boozy Mint Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

1 scoop Tone It Up Hot Cocoa Collagen
 - 
2 Tbsp. mint chocolate chips
 - 
¾ cup coconut milk (from a carton, not a can)
 - 
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
 - 
1 oz. bourbon whiskey per serving
 
Directions
- 
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt chocolate chips, coconut milk, and 1/4 cup water. Stir often so the chocolate chips don't stick to the pan.
 - 
Turn the heat to medium and add Tone It Up Hot Cocoa Collagen and vanilla extract. Whisk for 2-3 minutes.
 -
