Blondie Mini Muffins

Ingredients:
1 scoop Tone It Up Collagen Creamer
1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
coconut oil spray
Instructions:
- 
preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray mini muffin pan with coconut oil spray
 - 
Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth (if you don't have a food processor, you can use a blender!)
 -
