SUMMER SERIES WEEK 3 WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Hey gorgeous! How are you feelin' going into week 3? I hope you feel strong, accomplished, and beautiful...because you are! This past week, I officially started the challenge and I'm feeling great. I'm getting into a routine with my workouts — between walks with Bella (pushing a stroller up hills is no joke!) and Studio Tone It Up classes. I'm excited to keep up the momentum with you this week! I'm signing up for my Studio classes today...let me know on Insta what you're taking and what times! I can't wait for the new Ultimate Arms + Abs workout with Miss Karena on Tuesday. Aaaaand we're going live again in the app Wednesday at 7:30 am PST.
