SUMMER SERIES WEEK 2 WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Take a few minutes today and think about your week coming up. What commitments do you have? What challenges might you face and how can you plan for them? I’m traveling a lot during this series. (I was in Vegas this weekend & I visited Target HQ in Minneapolis last week!) I haven’t had as much time to meal prep, but I’ve been sticking to the meal plan guidelines, packing healthy snacks for the airport, and getting my workouts in at the hotel gyms. This week, my goal is to step up my meal prep game so I’m going to prep tomorrow when I’m home. What’s your goal this week and how will you make it happen?
