Pick Me Up Chia Seed Pudding - We love this recipe! Not only is it super easy to meal prep, it's perfect for Meal 4 on the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan! It's low glycemic index, so it won't spike your blood sugar levels and it'll keep your energy levels stead all afternoon!
Oh, and it makes a great dessert!
Enjoy! :) - of coconut milk (From a carton, OR you can use all almond milk ), of unsweetened almond milk, whole chia seeds, of pure maple syrup or agave, Toppings: unsweetened coconut shavings, cacao nibs, , Add coconut milk, almond milk, and maple syrup to a large bowl and then, stir in chia seeds.; Whisk together and allow to sit for 3 minutes.
