Mindful Meditation ~ Connect With Your Authentic Self

Morning gorgeous! I want to thank you for joining me for these meditations. It means so much that you share this practice with me. And even more importantly, I’m so happy that you’re taking this time for YOU — because the connection you share with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship in your life.

In today’s meditation, we are focusing on friendship and community, and that all starts with being your true divine authentic self. Because once you are your #1 best friend, you can share all of that love with your friends, family, and community.

After this meditation, I encourage you to grab a pen and paper and allow yourself a few minutes of self-reflection. Maybe write a letter to yourself or jot down some thoughts you want to remember. Now find a comfortable place, close your eyes, and let’s begin together.
