Your Bridal Sculpt Program Is Here! All Your Questions Answered

Hey beautiful, it’s your trainer Tori! I’m so excited to share my brand new Bridal Sculpt program with you! This program feels really special to me because I created it while preparing for my own wedding! So for all my fellow TIU brides, I know how exciting this time is. I also know it can feel super stressful — especially this past year!

If you’re anything like me, the wedding planning process has been full of ups and downs — cancelling, rescheduling, changing things up, you name it! But wherever you are in the process, this program will take one thing off your plate because we designed it to take care of all your wellness goals. 

With this 4-week program, you’ll tone your gorgeous arms, abs, and booty, release stress, build your strength and confidence, and get glowing from the inside out! So whether you’re a bride-to-be, a bridesmaid, or just looking for a reset before an event, you’re about to feel like your most radiant, healthiest, and happiest self for your big day and beyond!

How do I join the program?

You can find your Bridal Sculpt program in the Tone It Up app. Simply go to the “Workouts” screen and you’ll find your Bridal Sculpt program in the top carousel called “Programs.” Tap “join” and you’re in! If you’re already on a program, add Bridal Sculpt to your queue so it’s waiting for you. See ya in there!


Who is leading this program?

Me :) A little more about me if we don't know each other yet: My name is Tori Simeone, and I am one of your Tone It Up trainers specializing in barre, dance, and stretch classes, and the lead trainer behind your Bridal Sculpt program. I am a holistic health coach, a pro dancer, and a certified barre instructor all wrapped into one! Karena & Katrina brought me on board to become one of your trainers and it changed my life. I am SO inspired by this community! 

When should I start the program?

The program is 4 weeks long, so you can start it a month before your wedding, or even sooner than that and repeat it as many times as you’d like up until your big day!

Is it just for brides?

Nope! This program is also perfect for bridesmaids, girlfriends, or anyone looking to get ready for a big event. If you’re the bride, invite your bridal party to do the program along with you so you can all check in and hold each other accountable!

How do I follow along with the program?

Once you’re signed up for the program, it’s all laid out for you in the “My Program” section of your app. Each week, you’ll get a weekly schedule of workouts to follow. Your program is designed for you to start at the top and work your way down. You can also feel free to mix it up and do whichever workout works best for you each day.


What types of workouts can I expect?

Bridal Sculpt features incredible new workouts for every fitness level — all designed to do at home in 30 minutes or less! Here are some of the amazing workouts you can look forward to:

  • Barre Glow
  • Strong in 30
  • Girl Band Booty
  • Ballet Arms
  • Dance HIIT Groove 

How many days a week should I work out?

We programmed 7 workouts each week, but don’t worry — one of those workouts is a stretch day to give your body the recovery it deserves. If you’re feeling sore and need an extra rest day, take it! Your body will tell you what it needs! You can also find more recovery routines in the Stretching + Foam Rolling sections On Demand in your app. Remember, this is YOUR program, and you can customize it for you! 

What equipment do I need?

For this program, you’ll need dumbbells, a booty band, ankle weights, sliders, and a yoga mat. You can grab everything at Target or on Get your Bridal Sculpt Bundle here! And if you don’t have all the equipment, don’t sweat it! You can still do the Bridal Program with whatever you have ~ the equipment is a great way to level up your results! 

Is cardio included in the program?

Your program includes dance cardio, aerobics, and HIIT. If you’re craving more cardio, go for it! Check out the running and indoor cycling workouts On Demand. Advanced babes can aim for 2-3 cardio sessions per week. 

I also encourage you to get outside for a 20-minute walk each day. This is a chance to get out in nature, disconnect, and clear your mind. Try to leave your phone (and your to-do lists) at home!

Is mindfulness incorporated?

Yes! I know how stressful wedding planning can be! Mindfulness is an essential part of this program to help you relieve stress and feel centered and balanced. 

Throughout this program, I recommend you incorporate a gratitude and meditation practice. Each morning, I like to write in my gratitude journal to set the tone for an amazing day. Take a few moments to write down three things you’re grateful for and three things that would make today great. I also love doing Karena’s meditations in the On Demand section of the app. Make it a daily practice by waking up 20 minutes earlier each day. 

How can I cast the workouts on a larger screen?

It’s easy! For a larger screen you can: 

  • Tap the full screen icon that appears on the bottom right of your video to switch to full screen mode!
  • Use the “cast” button to cast your workouts to Google Chromecast devices
  • Mirror your phone with an AppleTV

How do I check in with the team?

Is there a bridal meal plan?

Of course! You know how KEY nutrition is! Pairing this program with the Bridal Sculpt Meal Plan will get you the best results. You can find the meal plan in the nutrition section of your app.  

What can I expect in the plan?

You’ll get easy and delicious recipes, TIU approved snacks, meal-by-meal guides, grocery lists, and nutrition guidelines to help you succeed. PLUS, this plan includes lifestyle tips to help you prep for your big day with 3 months, 2 months, and 1 month to go.  

Can I customize the meal plan?

Yes, we’re all about customization! The meal-by-meal guides are just suggestions for you. Do what works for YOU and your lifestyle! Feel free to swap in other recipes from the plan or You’re still “on the plan” as long as you’re following the Nutrition Guidelines laid out in your meal plan.
