Congrats on finishing the Tone It Up Challenge!! You totally killed every Booty Call and #lookforlove checkin. We're so impressed and proud of all your hard work and dedication. Now it's time to make those muscles you've earned POP with the 7 Day Slim Down! Starting tomorrow, we're ALL doing the Slim Down TOGETHER! YES!!! This week, we're upping the intensity of your workouts to reveal those beautiful, sexy muscles. We've added more cardio, but you can get this in any way you like! Try swapping your normal treadmill sesh with some laps in the pool, a brisk walk with friends, some cycling action, or a HIIT workout. Whatever it takes, we want you to get your heart rate UP. You're going to be werkin' it this week. Just remember you have the entire #TIUteam rooting for you to help you achieve your goals!
Remember, these workouts are short! So you can either complete them all in one session as a morning bootycall, or split them up. Whatever works best for your schedule!
