3 Things To Do RIGHT After Your Workout

What you do AFTER your workout is actually just as important as what you do during it. Post-workout is where you can really maximize your results. As soon as you finish a sweat sesh, while you’re still feeling that glow, we want you to do these three things. 

1. Drink up 

We lose H20 when we exercise, so replacing water is so important to repair muscle tissue and keep your system running smoothly. Upping your water intake also boosts your metabolism, so you’ll keep that burn going 🔥Fill up your TIU water bottle before and after your workout.

2. Refuel with protein 

That post-workout smoothie is EVERYTHING! During a workout, your muscle fibers break down. Your body needs protein’s amino acids to synthesize new cells, which repair the damaged fibers and form new, lean muscle. Make sure you’re having protein within 30 minutes of a workout because that’s the optimal timing to see those perks. 

3. Check in with us
