3 Super Simple Summer Smoothies with 5 Ingredients or Less

These are all delicious, easy, and refreshing ~ perfect for summer! They’re packed with protein so they will help you recover post workout and form lean, toned muscles. They also deliver tons of nutrients and antioxidants to help boost your immunity and energy and reduce inflammation in your bod.
Best part: They all have five ingredients or less so they are SUPER easy and quick to whip up!

Immunity Boost Breakfast Bowl
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
1 frozen banana
1 scoop Tone It Up Collagen Immunity
1 cup liquid (coconut water, almond milk, coconut milk, or half water & 1/2 orange juice)
5 strawberries or fruit of choice (mango is a great source of vitamin C!)
DIRECTIONS
Blend up! Top with unsweetened shredded coconut, chia seeds, and any nuts or seeds you like!
Power Greens Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop of Tone It Up Protein + Greens
1 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
Handful of strawberries or berries
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with unsweetened shredded coconut and any nuts or seeds you like!
Simple Berry Bliss Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop Tone It Up Protein (flavor of choice)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup almond milk
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with unsweetened shredded coconut.
