GLOWING GODDESS
Great for: glowing, healthy skin! Leafy greens are chock full of essential minerals and vitamins, including chlorophyll, which promotes overall health, for that vibrant glow!- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1/2 green apple
- 1 cucumber
- handful of kale
- 5-8 stalks of celery
- 1 small bunch of cilantro
LADY IN RED
Great for: beating the midday slump! Get ready for enough energy to dance the night away. Don't forget that sizzling red dress! Beets have been shown to help delay exhaustion during strenuous activity. As a bonus this sweet mix is satisfying enough to help curb that afternoon chocolate craving!- 1-2 raw beets, washed
