You can find your The Best by Jasmine Sanders program in the Tone It Up app. Simply go to the “Workouts” screen and you’ll find your The Best program in the top carousel called “Programs”. Tap “join” and you’re in! If you’re already on a program, add The Best to your queue so it’s waiting for you.

Start anytime you want! The program is 4 weeks long. We’re kicking it off June 22nd (my birthday!) and it’ll be waiting in the app for you whenever you’re ready.
Once you’re signed up for the program, it’s all laid out for you in the “My Program” section of your app. Each week, you’ll get a weekly schedule of workouts to follow. Your program is designed for you to start at the top and work your way down. You can also feel free to mix it up and do whichever workout works best for you each day.
The Best by Jasmine Sanders features total body-strengthening workouts at an intermediate to advanced fitness level — designed to do at home in 40 minutes or less! You’ll follow along to workout videos like Toned + Tight, Total Body Blast, Arms + Abs, Hot Body HIIT, Golden Hour Stretch, and more.
If you follow the program exactly as scheduled, you’ll work out 6 days a week with 1 active recovery day. You can’t reach your best without taking recovery time, too. If you feel like you need an extra recovery day — take it! You can always find more recovery routines in the Stretching + Foam Rolling sections On Demand. Listen to your body: This program is all about you and feeling YOUR best!
Gear up! For this program you’ll need: dumbbells, ankle weights, yoga mat, and jump rope.
Absolutely! Your weekly schedule will include cardio and HIIT days. Jump rope is also one of my favorite warm-ups, so you’ll be seeing that too! Not into jump rope? I never thought of myself as a particularly strong person. This year I learned that you never know how strong you are until you have to be. Due to the pandemic, I lost my job and had to navigate a cross country move, not to mention the stress of everything else in the world. Tone It Up became my daily source of sanity that helped me stay grounded, motivated, and gave me the physical and mental strength I needed to get things done. I let go of a lot of limiting beliefs about my body and health. I like exercise. I like getting up early. I like eating a variety of healthy foods. Before, I couldn’t walk upstairs without being out of breath or even do my hair without my arms getting tired. Now I can plank for over 60 seconds, do 2 chin-ups, 10 pushups and jog comfortably. I’ve lost almost 20 pounds and dropped my body fat from 32% to 16%. Without a doubt this is the most fun healthy lifestyle on the planet. I knew I would only keep exercising if I could make it enjoyable...If it wasn’t for the amazing, positive #TIUteam I probably would have fallen off the wagon, but instead I kept pulling inspiration from the community. Another big help was having my #tiuhusband and accountability partners cheering me on.

One day at a time, I started out doing TIU fitness videos with K&K & fell in love! Their energy & motivation made me truly believe I could do this! Then when I incorporated the nutrition plan I was blown away with how I could still enjoy the foods I like, but now know how to fuel my body in ways it needs.

Fast Forward to today, I have come to love fitness & absolutely adore every person I have crossed paths with through this fitness community as a whole. Who knew randomly stumbling into a dance class 2 years ago would lead me to now dancing 5 days a week + utilizing the #TIUapp 3-4 times a week 💃🏾

My entire mindset was centered around peace & taking it one day at a time. I wanted to be sure not to put a ton of pressure on myself. I wanted to enjoy myself while being the healthiest I could be. I made a commitment to myself and intended to keep it. I started doing workouts at 6am, my self esteem literally hit an all time high, and I feel so good. I have a renewed sense of peace and I remember that I am always connected to this peace no matter what is going on around me.
