Welcome to the Tone It Up Fall Challenge! Starting October 4th, as a community we are going to complete 6 weeks of workouts, meditations, recipes, and wellness habits...together! This challenge is about going beyond your physical goals and tapping into how you want to feel mentally, physically, and spiritually. Through mindfulness, movement, and nutrition we’ll kickstart the fall feeling stronger all around.

"A few months after beginning my fitness journey and falling in love with the TIU workouts, trainers, and community, I struggled through heartache and depression, all while finishing nursing school. The end of 2020 was the hardest time of my life, but the TIU community and some amazing friendships is what helped me get through it. I truly believe that TIU found me during the time I needed it the most. As I look back at my transformation journey, I feel grateful. In the course of one year, I discovered my love for fitness and all things TIU, went through a season of pain and sadness, overcame it, came out of it stronger, and recently graduated nursing school. Today, I am happier and more in love with myself than I have ever been and I celebrate my physical, mental, emotional, and career accomplishments with so much joy and happiness."

"While my physical health has always been a priority, the importance of mental health became ever so apparent during this particular TIU challenge. I’m a nurse anesthetist & throughout the pandemic my job has not stopped. It has actually become more demanding. I was literally the one putting patients on the ventilator who could no longer breath for themselves. There is this constant fear that I could contract Covid-19. Knowing I’m not alone and having this TIU community has been tremendous in helping me through this time. I kept to the TIU lifestyle the best I can — it’s really my only constant. Part of my new routine was the Daily Meditation. I wake up at 4:30, have my coffee with TIU creamer while I listen to the Daily Meditation before my TIU workout. This TIU transformation was different for me. It was not as much physical as it was simply creating a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable."

"I am a wife and a Mom trying to raise three boys to be good men. Our family lived in the same house for sixteen and a half years. We put our home on the market and it sold! The world I knew was about to change. I knew that big changes were about to happen but little did I realize that through the help of Tone It Up and love and support from this community I was going to also experience a transformation of my life and of what I had known. As we started to get settled in our new home, I began to open my heart and my mind to the new possibilities. I had gained personal strength not only physically from moving and my TIU 6:40 program workouts but also mentally knowing that there is more for me that is still to come. I have learned that taking care of myself is just as important as taking care of others. My heart is open to the next chapter in front of me. I am proud to say that I am strong, confident, fearless and almost fifty! Thank you Tone It Up for helping me live my best life so far! The best is yet to come."

"One word....confidence. You can look at my before photo and see how little confidence I had and how uncomfortable I felt having my photo taken in a bikini. I was several months postpartum after my second little boy, stuck in the middle of a pandemic, working from home while caring for my boys and doing it nearly alone with a spouse who was "essential". I was lacking confidence in every area of my life, my mental health was bleak, and I was spiraling.....until I found Tone It Up. My sister and I committed to the challenge and I figured I had nothing to lose but I never imagined all that I would gain. I've not only reached my health and fitness goals, I've found a community of women that encourages me and pushes me to be better in every aspect of my life. I owe so much to my #TIUteam and these amazing programs for helping me grow into the strong, and dare I say, confident woman I am today. I feel more like "me" than ever before and I love the person I've become through this challenge! TIU girl for life!"

"My goal was not weight loss. It was to improve my health. I have several health concerns including diabetes. This challenge was hard! I couldn’t complete workout without modifying and lots of breaks. Now I can report the following changes that have occurred during the duration of this challenge. My average blood glucose level is down around 200 points, my resting heart rate is down 13 beats per minute. I lost 20 pounds. My eating habits are much better and is helping me with my diabetes. My energy levels are still sluggish, but have improved. I still modify workouts, but breaks are much less. Although I still have lots more work to do, progress was made. I truly feel this challenge really has been a turning point for me. I love you all and appreciate the support I have received from the Tone It Up community especially when so many others tried to discourage me. Thank you!"

"I started Tone It Up two years ago, when I was cleared at my six week follow up from having my second child. I knew exercising would be more challenging with two little ones 3 and under, and I tried the app and fell in love. The quick workouts were so great for me, and I started joining challenges as I had more time. This challenge was exactly what I needed to reset and refocus myself, especially with the 6:40 program. I needed to know I could keep motivating myself and enjoying exercise, and I got all of that with the 6:40 program and the Best to round off my challenge. I really felt stronger, physically and mentally at the end of this challenge. I’m forever grateful for having TIU in my life."
