Emerald Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 handful fresh spinach

1/4 avocado

1 tsp. spirulina powder

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Toppings

1/4 banana, sliced

2 strawberries, sliced

1 Tbsp. fresh blueberries

1 tsp. unsweetened coconut flakes

1/2 tsp. chia seeds

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a bowl and arrange with toppings. Enjoy!
