Nutty Chocolate Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
1 frozen banana
¼ cup frozen cauliflower
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 pitted dates
1 tablespoon almond butter (or any nut or seed butter of choice)
1 serving of Tone It Up Chocolate Plant-Based Protein Powder
1 cup of water or unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
